Here’s what happened in the 1st week of August in the Surrey, Cloverdale & Langley housing market!
In comparison to last week of sales for all 3 property types, we have seen little more activity. That means more number of sales reported. Maybe everyone is getting use to the interest rate and the market condition. But as far as listings are concerned there is a substantial drop in new listings in all the property types in Surrey, Cloverdale & Langley. It will be very interesting to see if the trend continues.
Always remember buying and selling in the same market is relative.
