September 2022 - Week 1 Stats for Surrey, Cloverdale, and Langley Real Estate Market


This week Langley saw the biggest decrease in new listings for all 3 property types. Surrey saw a drop for Single Family Homes while Townhomes were the same and Condos actually went up in new listings. Cloverdale had an increase for Single Family listings while condos and townhomes both dropped.

In terms of sales, Surrey saw an increase for all 3 property types whereas Cloverdale saw a drop and Langley was roughly the same.

Overall the trend is that listings have dropped on a weekly basis and sales stayed relatively the same if not slightly increased.

If you are thinking of making the move, always remember that buying and selling in the same market is always relative.
