Here are the stats for this past week in Surrey, Cloverdale & Langley! Listings were down across the board in Surrey, Cloverdale and Langley. Surrey saw a minor drop but Cloverdale and Langley had sizeable drops for both condos and townhomes. About 50% drop in new listings from the past week! Part of this drop is due to us entering the winter real estate market and we're also hearing from people that if they don't get the price they're looking for this year, they are willing to wait till next Spring to see how the market is then.
