Happy Sunday everyone, here are the stats for the past week! We have noticed that in some areas, prices have plateaued and stabilized where the lower priced listings are selling pretty quick. You might be noticing that new listings aren't coming to the market as much as it's about 30% lower than October right now. For example, Surrey condos have seen a 50% drop in new listings from the past week. It'll be interesting to see how it goes for the rest of November. Have a great Sunday!
