New listings are down again and sales are consistent. This was the story for the past week and has been the story for most of November. 20 days into November, in comparison to the same time in October, there are about 400 fewer new listings (27% drop). Is the market starting to stabilize, have the prices plateaued? Maybe it is time to get in! Have a great Sunday!
