Here is your weekly market update for Surrey, Cloverdale, and Langley. We are noticing some interesting activity in the market.

Lots of brand new homes are being solid ranging from $2,100,000 to $2,800,000. We also noticed that lots of properties that have been sitting for a few months have had multiple showings recently and now accepted offers.

We believe this is happening due to the lack of inventory in the market. For sellers, who are waiting to get into the spring market, it may be a good time to get into the market now when there is less competition in your area.
