Here is your weekly market update for Surrey, Cloverdale, and Langley.
Surrey and Langley had a busy week as single family homes, townhomes and condos all reported multiple sales.
What we are noticing, boots on the ground, is that buyer activity is picking up. Its been picking up for the last few weeks. Even with the interest rate increase this week, we don't see that making any impact.
Open houses have been busy, showings have increased for listings and we've seen some multiple offers. We think this Spring market will be an active one.
New listings are on the rise as it was up in Surrey, Cloverdale & Langley for all 3 property types.
