The real estate market is getting busier. More buyers and sellers are beginning to enter the market and that shows in the numbers.
12 days into February we already have almost 200 more listings in the market and over 120 more sales. When talking to our lenders, they have also noticed an increase in accepted offers.
Surrey detached homes, condos and Langley condos have seen a big jump in new listings while Cloverdale had a drop in new listings across the board.
