New listings this week are up! It is great to see that. Two sectors specifically saw a big boost: single family homes in Surrey and townhomes in Langley where new listings almost doubled.
Now for sales, Surrey seems to be the popular location so far. Their townhome and condo sales have doubled Langley sales and tripled Cloverdale sales. For single family homes, Langley is number 1 with 16 sales, Cloverdale is number 2 with 14 sales and Surrey is number 3 with only 10 sales. That is really interesting to see because Cloverdale is the smallest area between the 3 and they have the most sales for single family homes. That will be something to keep an eye on.
