Surrey, Cloverdale, and Langley Housing Market Update - Mar. 26. 2023


The numbers this week were all over the place. Condos and townhouses saw a big jump in new listings in Surrey and Cloverdale while in Langley it was actually a slow week.

For single family homes, Surrey and Langley had the same numbers for new listings last week whereas Cloverdale had 14 last week and just 7 this week.

Now when it comes to sales, they are up across the board. Fraser Valley Board has processed over 300 more sales in March in comparison to February.

Overall listing numbers are slightly up from February and sales have jumped up almost 40%. There are more buyers in the market than sellers so we are seeing more multiple offer situations and some homes selling over asking.
