Are we back in 2022? Cause it definitely feels like it in the real estate market. Busy open houses, tons of showings and multiple offers? It's all back.
If we compare it to last year, one stat really stands out and thats sales. In April 2022, we had 881 sales at halfway through the month. This year in April, we've had 931 sales which is 50 sales more.
This may not seem like a lot but in comparison to March 2023, its about 33% more which is huge! And this is all happening due to the lack of inventory of homes.
