Surrey, Cloverdale, and Langley Housing Market Update - June 11, 2023


For the 3rd consecutive week, over 100 single family homes entered the market in Surrey! If you are a buyer in that market, that’s great news. In Cloverdale and Langley, single family listings have been roughly the same number which is 20 new listings for Cloverdale and 88 for Langley.

New listings in the townhome and condo market along the 3 areas have been up and down. This week townhomes in Surrey and Cloverdale saw a drop of 11 listings whereas Langley saw an increase of 5 new listings.

Overall with the steady influx of new listings, we are noticing less and less multiple offer situations. Since buyers have a greater selection of homes to choose from, the pricing strategy for sellers is starting to change. It will be interesting to monitor this trend in the upcoming weeks.
