The numbers this week were all over the place. Condos and townhouses saw a big jump in new listings in Surrey and Cloverdale while in Langley it was actually a slow week.
For single family homes, Surrey and Langley had the same numbers for new listings last week whereas Cloverdale had 14 last week and just 7 this week.

Listings and sales are down across the board. So far in March not many sales have been reported so far. Just 1 townhome sold in Surrey and 1 condo in Langley.
